Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

Woodor.AI is a website and brand operated by OMI OPTICS USA LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Woodor.AI site, the Agent Fleet and AWD software, and the cloud services that paid tiers use. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

AWD version 0.11.5 and later is also governed by its End User License Agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms about your use of AWD, the End User License Agreement controls.

2. Free software

Agent Fleet is free to use on your own network, for as many machines as you have, with no account and no time limit. Free means free: we will not begin charging for what is free today. It comes with no warranty and no support commitment.

AWD is free to download and use. It comes with no warranty and no support commitment.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers are sold and billed through Shopify. Your subscription renews on the interval you chose — monthly or yearly — until you cancel it. Prices are shown at checkout, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Cancelling is done by signing in at account.woodor.ai, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the tier you paid for stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

4. Your licence key

A subscription gives you a licence key. The key is the credential. Anyone who has it can activate a machine against your subscription and take one of your device slots, so treat it the way you would treat a password. If you believe your key has leaked, contact us for a new one.

5. Device limits

When you subscribe to Plus, you choose authorization for 5, 10, 15, or 20 machines. You cannot activate a new machine beyond the allowance attached to your current subscription.

Run af-ctl activate --remove on a machine to return its slot immediately. A machine counts by a hash of its hardware identifier, so reinstalling your operating system or swapping a drive does not consume a new slot; a different machine does.

If you change to a lower machine allowance, existing machine records are retained. Machines outside the new allowance cannot use the cloud relay when they next start an Agent Fleet session; Agent Fleet explains the change and falls back to your local network. Raising the allowance restores cloud access without requiring those machines to be activated again.

6. What we do not promise

Messages are not stored permanently. Messages held on the cloud relay are retained according to the policy on our privacy page — currently 30 days on Plus — and then deleted. Agent Fleet is a way for your sessions to reach each other, not a place to keep anything you need later. Keep your own copy of anything that matters.

Files are not stored permanently either. A file is deleted from the relay as soon as the receiving machine has taken it, and a file nobody collects is deleted seven days after it was sent. Agent Fleet moves a file between your sessions; it is not a place to keep one.

We cannot recover your messages for you. They are encrypted on the machine that sends them and we never hold the key. If you lose every activated machine and your recovery code, your history cannot be read again — not by us either. The recovery code is shown to you once and is yours to keep.

We aim to keep the service running and will not pretend it cannot break. The software and the services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or services is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.

7. Using it reasonably

Do not use Agent Fleet to:

• break the law, or help someone else do it;
• reach machines or accounts you are not authorised to reach;
• send malware, or use the relay to distribute it;
• resell the service, or share one subscription across separate organisations;
• work around the device limits, or use one key for machines that are not yours.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

8. Your content stays yours

Everything your sessions send through Agent Fleet belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. We store it only to deliver it, and we do not use it to train models or to build anything else.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
